I'm one of those with outstanding shares of the P. I was waiting for the stock to trade again before converting. When the company had no filings how could they arbitrarily stop no further conversions without notifying stockholders that they needed to convert before a certain date. This has really confused me.

Can you imagine a short on the P's getting tagged with the conversion ... LOL ... No way to arbitrage the difference. If it has already converted the short on resuming trade will get a nice 20% increase in their short position.

Heck who knows...LOL
