I have one of these and the picture is quite good. The software however is poor even under Win98. NT doesn't work at all.

DirecPC is for Internet Access, not TV

I'm sure you can use a TV card with a
Dish based system, I just don't have
much experience with it, sorry.

I use the Hauppague TV card with a 75ohm Ariel,
but the 22" Dish works with my ISP to speed
up my Internet Connection about tenfold.
