GATOR et al. This is fantastic news. Metrocall has a market cap of $US 130 Million and 5.5 million subscribers across the US. As such, customer support is an absolute must and Dr. Bean looks like it is going to get the first shot at taking the prize.

It would be nice to know how many customer service "seats" Metrocall currently has.

Note that Metrocall is another Virginia based tech company. The region hosts every big tech/Internet name in the world and includes AOL, NSOL and all the other biggies. Jim Speros is obviously working his network to its fullest potential and is now starting to pay off. As such, we are now fully expecting to see further Virginia based tech companies signing on with Dr. Bean.

This is the best piece of news we have heard to date regarding SYD. Now that the company has broken into these big US based companies, it can only be a matter of time before Sideware begins joining their ranks. Internet based customer service is only now gaining notoriety and SYD has established itself as an early contender in this lucrative market.
