INTC reports 2 cents better than estimates at 57. Despite the good news, concerns about flat margins and a possible down next quarter due to seasonal concerns. Instinet trading INTC at around 60.

As always, analysts can find bad news amidst the good.

This baby's going down a few points tomorrow.
