That's certainly possible (and would be nice if terms are advantageous), but if so, and a deal ISN'T announced within ~2 weeks of their press, would AGAIN point out either Hirsch's incompetance or dishonesty. (ie., WHY float more time-oriented bs PR saying SOME deal will be announced in the "near future" when Hirsch knows it's not in HIS control to determine this?)

Hopefully we don't "go" there <1/2 g>
