David, I do not think we will hear about Softbank finalization this week, but I do think we could hear next week before Friday. Also, I do not think they would have preannounced the deal unless it was 99% certain. Nor do I think they would not have preannounced unless the bond deal were done. Furthermore, another large investor (most likely Disney or AOL) had also signed a term agreement and we should be hearing about that soon. At least two other investors are negotiating. So there should be plenty of news coming down the chute.
