Spoke with the company. News coming out shortly (THURSDAY??). I think it's something NEW. I could not get details as to the content of the potential release other than it will be good. The Indian issue is going to the Michigan Courts which is good for us. The Government told the tribe leaders that they should honor their contract with Sungold. If this ever gets to court (I don't believe it will) we will come out on top. As soon as I hear more, I'll fill you guys in.
