Looks great, company is moving forward with forming their high profile Board. The PRs are just starting with this puppy: biz.yahoo.com Apparently they're not going to issue the PR on completing financing until the new shares are fully issued, maybe by end of this week. but, bottom line is they raised the million bucks cash (their goal), and they're paying staff with stock options.
