Great news, company is moving forward with forming their high profile Board. The PRs are just starting with this puppy:

Apparently they're not going to issue the PR on completeing financing until the new shares are fully issued, maybe by end of this week. but, bottom line is they raised the million bucks cash (thier goal), and they're paying staff with stock options. Looks good for the next couple months IMHO.

Been out seeing the accountant today. Bought NIGI. Had to sell VLDC early because had to see damned accountant. Out at 14.75 after buying in at 8. Will be digging on NIGI this afternoon. I like what I see so far. In for 25K at .15
