Michel: Sorry for delayed response. Have been a bit tied up with the INTC report of late. Happy to have a gander at these, as your previous sleuth work has proven excellent. I have a good handle on PICO and share your view that it is undervalued. My only worry is that the markets have no interest in the juniors at the moment and that as under-valued as they may be at the moment, we will likely be able to purchase them at lower cost in or after a crunch.
