OT re: Thats because this is the first generation of "packaged apps" to solve business problems Agree completely. However, the effects of the crummy user interfaces, etc., are felt by management. (Cisco still has tons of manual order entry and rekeying of figures into spreadsheets, for example.) That just means that improved products will be all the more widely accepted and implemented, which bodes well for SAP, Oracle, and so on. GF
