Recent share price for this company is $.07, (Seven cents) with 36 million shares out.

Recommendation: BUY/HOLD FOR IMMEDIATE UPSIDE AND LONG TERM GROWTH.

Ambra Resources Group, Inc is starting to drill a major oil project in Montana on April 15, 1999.

The project was part of a larger Joint Venture with ten other companies. When seismic survey data indicated a large pool of oil, Ambra took the lead and formed a fast track plan to begin drilling. Ambra now has a 55% participation in the East Winnett Junction Oil Project Before Pay Out and a 30% interest After Pay Out.

There were three very good oil wells on this property with total annual production of approximately 959,000 barrels through 1995. Current estimates are that new drilling could produce up to two million barrels of oil.

The company has exercised JV rights to develop the 2,698 acres AND to acquire additional acreage adjacent to the project. The project operator, Promax Energy the first well.

Ambra Resources is funding the project from its successful Gas well drilling on the Cessford Project in Alberta where six of the first seven wells have obtained economic production. The pipeline gathering system is under expansion to tie in these wells. An additional eighty wells are authourzed for the Cessford property.

The East Winnett Junction property in Montana has the potential to add substantial cash flow to Ambra Resources. The first well to be drilled on April 15, 1999 will be to a depth of 2900 feet and into the Tyler Sands, a geological formation which has current production in the neighboring Winnett Junction Field.

Ambra Resources is aggressively seeking additional oil projects due to the current economic conditions in the petroleum industry which facilitate the acquisition of very good properties that larger producing companies have declared as surplus properties. Ambra is in the favorable position from its successful drilling to be able to acquire new properties while the inventory of such offerings is at high levels. At this time, the has entered into negotiations for the acquisition of selected oil and gas properties.

Ambra Resources has combined all the ingredients of success; experienced management, a detailed business plan to maximize shareholder value, excellent data for highly prospective drill targets, and the funding to carry out the company's plans. A success with the current drilling program will have a dramatic influence on the market's valuation of Ambra Resources Group.
