You probably already know this, but hopefully it will hep to clarify the Bids symbol issue. I received this information from Nasdaq.

Biddeford & Sacco (B&S) is a bulletin board company currently trading under the symbol Bids. When a company applies to trade on Nasdaq, whether small cap or national market, it has precedent to the ticker symbol, when approved. In our case, BII would be able to use the Bids symbol and B&S would be required to trade under a different symbol. This change does not have to be in effect until the applying company is approved. All Nasdaq reps with whom I've spoken have confirmed that Bids is the BII Nasdaq symbol.
