Mike, the SEC cannot even shut down a bucket shop in a timely manner and when they do the crooks just re open under a new name. So to expect them police more legitimate outfits or reigning in the accounting abuses before the damage is done is hoping for too much. Mike

the 'authorities' seem useless up here in Canada 'eh too... BRE-x, Timbuktu, Cartaway, Livvent... Why even have 'authorities' ? Let it be the wild west...Better than the illusion Grandpa will investigate for real... Howard
