Mike, the SEC cannot even shut down a bucket shop in a timely manner and when they do the crooks just re open under a new name. So to expect them police more legitimate outfits or reigning in the accounting abuses before the damage is done is hoping for too much. Mike

Note that it is business pc sales that stink.

The "analyst's" comments about the direct model were idiotic after MUEI's disaster and both Gateway and Dell missed their revenue estimates. <g>
