if I understand mr Kash correctly he says this is a p&d with its director selling limitless amounts of shares.
This was not my impression - any facts welcome.
Proof of the contrary would surely discredit mr Kash.

Dorine... Looks like Kash ran into a crowd of XNET
believers. Unless me & Francois G, (as well as all the insiders at Net Nation, the #6 Web Hosting Co.. ahead of #8 Mindspring, see
tophosts.com ala CBET) are completely bad judges of character, I wouldn't believe anyone who suggests that Ernest Cheung is anything less than honest. He had plenty of chances to hype the stock if that was his intention, but everything he told me by email & phone turned out to be true. FG's impressions are also the same. (see Message 8881372 )
Good luck,
Frank

BTW Dorine, the reason why I put in the Net Nations link
was that Ernest Cheung was the President of CBET who put together
the Net Nations deal and is currently serving as director for both companies (XNET & CBET).. this information is in the public domain as you can tell from the CBET & XNET Press Releases.
Disclosure, I have long positions in CBET, XNET & PUNK.
