I should have been more specific. They indicated that their problem is specifically related to the intraday data. The following is the latest response I got from them on March 16. ********************** I Thank you for contacting us regarding your questions on the Canadian market data for BigCharts Canada. At the moment, BigCharts Canada is experiencing some temporary difficulties with its intra-day feed of Canadian market data and we are working earnestly to solve this issue. Please note that this problem is restricted exclusively to our intra-day feed of Canadian data, meaning that all end-of-day charts and quotes for Canadian securities (e.g. 1 month charts) are unaffected by this problem - as well, no U.S. exchanges have been affected. We apologize fervently for any problems this Canadian data issue is causing you and we hope to have this matter resolved in the very near future. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to restore the soundness and timeliness of this intra-day Canadian market data at the earliest possible date.
