Jan and Tom D., whoever can answer this best: yesterday CPQ still
showed "ALERT! momentum reversed positive". Today it is a more cautionary "Alert! Negative breakout"

Was yesterday's Alert! in error? Also, RS is still "Buy".

When should RS be ignored?
