Could be. We know from yesterday's SEC filing that there are 600,000 some shares out there on the block either now or real soon now. That noon to 12:20 drop might have been small part of that, but it also happened at the same time as a general index turn-down, so there was more to it. I suspect the filing has added a bit of nervousness about the price. We might see a few more of those rapids in the days ahead. But despite that earlier than usual sell-off, it is strong at the end of the day, just as it was yesterday.
