Well, let's see... NPEC @ $0.045 x 5 = $0.225. Hmmmmmmm. Not quite the $0.31 that MDIN is now. Do you not think that it would be easy for these NPEC guys to sell us down the river with respect to this 20% ownership. After all, they're not a reporting company! There just might be a little "trouble".
