Mark,
Thank-you for your responding, but I'm ROTFLMAO

We don't know about the sharecount, the Form 10 is unclear and the 61% figure may be a typographical error (depends on who you talk to there....much debated and researched in the private board).

What Colin won't disclose current position in a PUBLIC CO which you folks are owner's of??

We have contacted ART the TA. They will not disclose any information at this time. They have suggested that all calls be sent, in writing, be sent directly to Brewer and Pritchard (the attorney for Great White).

WOW when has this happened before? Oh ya when they were diluting the crap out of this stock last year & T/A refused to give any numbers. Why would a public co not want their shareholders to know their share structure??

JC

Mark, let's be honest about it, that Form 10 is not real
impressive. There is a host of typos and errors that make no sense such as the share count etc. I have a feeling they will get that thing thrown right back at them. Hopefully they are working on something better. After all that time, to get that was not exactly exhilarating.
Whoever was responsible for it ought to be pretty embarrassed. I noticed that they didn't bother notifying anyone with a press release--can't say I blame them for that though. Probably best to keep it under wraps as best as possible until they get something professional. But, as I said before, it is a step in the right direction. D+ for professionalism, about a C for effort.
On the subject of the sharecount. If in fact they own 61% as of the filing date, you may want to prepare yourself fo an actual sharecount of over 18,000,000 as I can't see anything else that makes sense, unless that statement was totally in error.Notice that 17.9 mill. was as of 12/31/98--not current. Interesting that as of the date of filing they can tell us that they will own 61% but can't give us a total share count as of the date of filing??????????????????/
