Buy PICO if you are too nervous to hold PQT
There is 1.1 share of PQT for every PICO share.
Today PQT gained ~$4 but PICO gained ~$3(it should have gained $4.50)
And PICO offers you diversification with their water rights investments .These investments could be more profitable than their investment in PQT
