Good for you. I bought GEEK @ 30 1/2 avg. Sold half @ 34. Not much other selling except some pennys, big pop in TNRG today. Smiles there. Buying some today. Hoping for another up day tomorrow. KZAP

Will provide some of the details of the conference call. Excuse me if I get something wrong. However. A) The deal with Office Depot is huge, and could mean very big earnings. While it was not a prediction, if each Office Depot store sold one of their services per day at around $10 per transaction, the revenue could be 28 mil per year. This appears to be much more then a casual relationship with Office Depot. In fact, it would seem to be a very important effort on Office Depot's part to become more involved with wireless communications. In addition, Office Depot's personnel will be specifically trained on netd's products. Keep in mind that this is a very small cap with revenues for the recent nine months amounting to $1,658,070, compared to revenues of $643,632 for the nine months ending December 31, 1997. So this type of revenue growth would be very dramatic. B) The company is also in talks with other companies to form similar strategic relationships similar to the one with Office Depot (as they already also have with Skytell). C) One of management's objectives in 1999 is to have the company listed on either NASDAQ or AMEX. D) There are currently talks with various "funds" for the purchase of the company's stock. E) On the rumor of a Microsoft buyout, management denies that they started the rumor. Then refused to talk more about it. However, they did not deny that the rumor was true, either. As it turns out, netd owns a number of wireless patents. Similar companies appear to have none.

Ahhh....onto the big boards huh. Do yourself a favor and pick up some AOL, CMGI....couple other of the big boys, and put it away and forget about it. You will be happy down the road..... some of these have been incredible rides...and yes,as you say....safe. Still must admitt....I get tired of watching all these pieces of sh*t go from .20 cents to $5 in a day or 2...all the while I watch my shares in DMEC just go down and down. If that sucker moves, I will make a nice lick....but I am beginning to wonder.....
