KASH, BTW, who is "we" and what is your Company, if I may ask?...

Correct me if I misunderstood your various posts:

1) You owned free trading shares in XNET, promoted it (we all did) and sold them all at a nifty profit recently. That's the Pump and then the Dump part. The difference is that most of us only sold a part of our holding and still own substantial long positions.

2) Mr Cheung, you now criticize, let you buy some PP shares, cheaper than the current price, because it took place some time ago when the shares won't that high. You should be thankful! The problem, I imagine is that they are restricted, so you have decided to short against your holding.

3) To ensure the stock will go down, you start BASHING it, but, unfortunately, the stock has not responded yet. However, in the process you have damaged whatever credibility you had on this thread. Can't have your cake and eat it at the same time.

While it is unfortunate to have PP's, it is a necessary evil to quickly provide expansion capital and ensure XNET operates in a satisfactory financial position. If XNET waits to fund expansion from its cash flow, it would take too long and its lead over new comers would be lost. So, I am happy that the financing is in place and that XNET is expanding into two new cities. The extra income will soon make up for the dilution created by the extra shares issued. Another job well done, Mr Cheung.

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
