Hi Gary, With that strategy in mind, look at the following: HD - I think we have a split coming here. Shareholders mtg next month, and they are seeking to double the authorized. Trading a little high now in the mid 60s, but if it splits it is still a good deal. KO - At a nice low now due to less than expected earnings in Asian sector. Let's face it, people are NOT going to stop drinking Coke, and this is a strong company. LU - Post split at 56. Heard a rumor that this may drop a little. If it gets below 50, I would definitely not pass it by. (People aren't going to stop talking on the phone either) JLMI - Please look at this one and tell me what you think. Fundamentally, I cannot find anything wrong with it. Nice little roller if you are not looking for bigtime gains. Just my thoughts, and glad to see you making this transition. You'll probably live longer without having to put up with all the headaches, and if a DF ever infiltrates one of your companies, you have a little recourse. :-) Binder
