Hi Mike, how have you been. Well, like I've been saying, there is a nack to holding a live fire cracker in you fist and not losing your fingers <g>. Your rules are well worth remembering. As you know, I've been long this stock since it hit 32. Today I took some profits because I managed to find some shares to short. Regardless, I expect a bear trap to develope very soon and the shorts get squeezed all the way to 120. Mean while, I am devising strategies to be able to short the stock on its way down. In all, I am begining to see the appeal of internut trading <G>.

I took a look at ASTN chart for you. Technically the chart looks very good. There is strong support at 3 which should hold well in a correction and week support at 4. The stock is very low in price, which means most brokerages will not let anyone short it. Therefore, a short squeeze is out of the question for now. It takes me a long time to do fundamental analysis on the stock, so I leave that to you; a quick start is to compare them on a price to sales and price to free cash flow basis to their nearest competitors and see how that sector is doing over all. On technical basis alone, I'd be a buyer here (or even higher).

good luck,
Sun Tzu
