All I can think is that different brokers have different stocks on their non-marginable list. His must have AHWY on that list whereas your's (and, I think, mine--althought I do not go on margin) do not.

BTW, do you or does anyone have any price targets say, a month or so from now?

I have been using Ameritrade and they said this is not marginable. Could you tell me who your broker is?
