Since 1995, the revenues have tended to decline from Q4 to Q1 and then again from Q1 to Q2. Seasonally increases the rest of the year.

Q1 is usually the slowest. Q2 usually is just a follow-on to Q1, which often turns out a bit better, but not by much. The real pickup starts in Q3.

I'm guessing that's going to be the case this year. "Expect flat to slightly down" is Intel-ese for "we expect things to improve somewhat."

I believe MSFT will confirm this next week.

In short, I think we'll probably put in a bottom pretty soon, if we haven't already. However I would not look for major appreciation from current levels until the June timeframe.
