Cool Entertainment Retains Top Woman in Technology
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 1999--Cool Entertainment Inc. (OTC BB:CULE), www.coolent.com is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Emma Smith to develop and refine a communication strategy for the company. Ms. Smith is an Internet, Education and Technology Consultant whose business, E-Think Consulting, provides support to clients interested in exploring online business opportunities.
Ms. Smith is Founder and President of the Wired Woman Society, a non-profit organization that encourages women to explore careers and opportunities in Information Technology and New Media. She is also Co-Director of Simon Fraser University's Web Publishing Program and an Instructor at the University of British Columbia. She served as National Spokesperson for the Young Navigators Foundation in 1997 and, in 1998, was named one of Canada's Top Women in Technology by the Globe and Mail. She also makes presentations regularly on issues surrounding the Internet and the positive development of Information Technology. In December of 1998, her achievements were recognized by Business in Vancouver who named her as one of the year's "40 Under 40."

Ms. Smith holds an honors degree in Communications from Queen's University. She also studied film, multimedia & graphic design at Queen's and Algonquin College before gaining extensive work experience in the media monitoring and media training fields.
