Greetings to All,

A follow up to my post. I called the offices of Growth Capital and when the receptionist answered she had to ask another person in the office if Growth Capital was one of the NEW companies in the office.
My guess is that these guys are in it for a quick buck and not for some sort of power play. That would take too much work and too much time away from other pastures. Also, with the SEC and various brokerages, banks and financial publications take heed of their every move, I doubt market makers would participate. Too risky and not enough gravy. Just my opinion of course.

However, Tava does need to issue a press release warning shareholders. So someone please contact them and make them aware of the situation. They can look at comapanies such as Movado and Spiegel to see how they handled it. Brokerage houses are also supposed to put a warning statement on these minitenders but mine didn't.
