I think that what we will see announced over the coming months is just how profitable QWEST is. As I have posted before, Qwest has very VERY little cost involved in their new network. The rights of way, cable, and labor have all been purchased for nearly nothing.

This will translate into a real coup for Qwest when this news hits the street. I think that we will then see a real pullaway from Williams and from Level Three.

I am wholeheartedely looking forward to the split announcement. I am hoping for a 3 to 1 split. I will be a happy man!

Regards to all and GO QWEST!
