I think it is just a matter of time before all mail order/internet purchases will have to pay state sales tax because it is woefully unfair to the "bricks & mortar" merchants.
I think Sect. of Treasury Rubin was able to talk Clinton into staving it off a little longer as a gift to the investment community, i.e. his old employer that makes a mint off of internet IPO's.
But fair is fair.
And CPU is the market leader.
