Just read the filing and have a question, why wouldn't Tom, etal, want to keep the price from going over $3 by Sep. 99 because if it does then HPOS has the right to exercise 13+million shares at .30? Does this mean if we are successful we will be bought by HPOS? I hope someone with a better understanding of these filings would give us a briefing. Also, found it strange that there are 4mil more shares out there then authorized. The company is taking care of this but what does it really mean? Why was there no mention of the SWYW that was started late last year? I could sure use some comforting from Tom about now as there seem to be a lot of initiatives that he has began (Uganda, SWYW, Telemax, eSportsbet, 777WINS, Ladbrokes, Australian group that is interested in eCommerce, etc.) that haven't had a lot of follow-up info. Any help, Tom?
