DAvid: The stock is down due to its losses reported over the last two years and that it is a bulletin board stock. As I understand from the CEO, there is approximately 18M shares outstanding, 6M held by company executives. Based upon the information mentioned in their last press release and the large increase in volume and price in the last two days, I think that some of the insiders are picking up some cheap shares. They should report sometime in the next couple of days how they did for the 3rd quarter. I'll guess that their growth in sales continued for the last month. If so, then this stock has no where to go except up from here. Good Luck Bob
