AC, I think I have said this a couple of times today in different ways, but I believe that at the very least this is a hold even for the chickens among us until the end of the NAB, and from there to the end of April on a constant watch basis. We're talking about a stock that is reacting visibly to news, and we have been promised news.

Your last couple of paragraphs right on the button. This is a con, and "con" stands for confidence. But right now we've got the high cards. Look closely at my similies. They apply.

Sold some yesterday. But only some. Don't think I will sell anymore till after the NAB. Methinks they have a meaty news item ready for every dip and maybe even a stall. This ain't the old Ampex I knew. Not my father's Ampex. And maybe not my Ampex. Maybe my son's. Yeah Ampex should get him through college!

Your problem Alan is that you are taking this all too seriously. If you are really getting physically ill from trading, stop it. Health and happiness are more important than money in any case, but if you get that stressed from trading, you won't trade well anyway.

My position in AXC is huge, at least for me. My profits the last two days were higher than any prior trading days in my history. Big deal. It is only paper. I have no regrets that I didn't sell at 7 1/2. If it goes back to my basis about 3 I still won't feel bad, because I wasn't planning on spending it anyway.

Don't get me wrong, I want it to continue higher, and expect it to continue higher. But if it doesn't, I won't be too worried about it, and I certainly won't second guess my decisions. Second guessing yourself is destructive and serves no purpose. Learn from the past, but focus on the future.

And if AXC does go higher, my charitable giving will be much higher this year. <G>
