Joe,

You missed the point. Getting listed on the NASDAQ still has nothing to do with with a companies liquid cash on hand. There are numerous requirements that a company must meet before it can be listed. For starters:

1.) A certain number of Market Makers involved.
2.) The company is required to have a min. of 400 shareholders.
3.) Requirements for min bid price ($5.00 I believe).
4.) Full reporting status
5.) etc.....

Your statement seemed to imply that if they raise another 2 million they would make the NASDAQ unfortunately that is not what determines if a company is capable of leaving the OTC:BB sector.
