I admit I got off to a bad start when I was still a law clerk. One Irani cab driver was supposed to be a witness for another, a car accident, and I asked him whether my client's light was red or green, and he said, "What do you want it to be?" My last case with a Middle Easterner was a guy who not only committed perjury in court, but every time the opposing counsel introduced evidence to refute him, changed his story in an attempt to conform with the evidence. I wanted to crawl under the table.
