I agree, NASD/SEC backlogged because all companies must now file to comply. They say a 3 day turnarround but I hear it closer to 3 weeks. I remember someone saying that Sungold filed in March so it should be soon. (I know the time because I am close to another company that's doing a reverse takeover of a BB stock and it's 3 weeks from start to finish {approvals that is}.
