To the contrary, not only is there no threat, it is a big plus. Look at the assets, revenues and earnings of IDTC compared to Geotel and you will come to the conclusion that IDTC is considerably undervalued. Cisco is looking for Internet telephony plays and IDTC could be a buyout candidate for them at higher prices. Much higher prices. If Geotel is worth 2B, then IDTC is worth a good bit more, IMO.
