<<Since war has not been declared by any nations in this conflict those soldiers are not POW's.>> According to international law, Kosovo can consider everything we are doing as acts of war. As such they have the right to consider any military target they want as fair game. It does not have to be confined to the boundaries set by bill clinton either. If for example a Serb were to blow a military target up inside the US or even shoot a soldier inside the US we would call it terrorism, but the Articles of International law would consider it a "legal" and justifiable act of war. I never believed in "fair fighting" rules. It seems like a term bullies came up with to fix the outcome.

The current definition of what we are doing "what ever it is" seems to imply that it would be "innappropriate behavior" for a villager to fight back. Shoot, why don't we just give them the bombs and tell them where we'd like them to be detinated. This is such a polite war, they'd probably do it.

Have you noticed that Saddam Hussein has everything he ever dreamed of. The Kurd rebels and the Shiite villagers who apposed him are almost all dead now, thanks to clintons decade of sanctions that has killed hundreds of thousands of them. Muslims have been wispering for years that they believe Saddam to be a CIA operative in the Middle East.

Milosevich also has everything he started out to achieve. Must be about time for this thing to end.

Very odd.
