Also got a report from LU after hours stating that they expect to meet or exceed expectations, despite rumors to the contrary. Should put a floor under the networking sector and affirm that there's no general "tech slowdown," though certain areas and certain companies may still be hurting.

"I see MOT's SEG's and INTC's earnings as a great affirmation that the leading cos. are doing quite well despite CPQ's report. Buy on these dips"

Lu pre-announced to the upside also. Hp is saying good things and we know what msft is going to do. ATHM grew 400% year over year. The story is fully intact, except at cpq. Not many bogey men left.No way futures should be down. It will turn around.
