Ahh, Penske, as in Roger Penske, as in Penske Racing...as in PENSKE LEASING...hmm...my wife who works for GE Lighting says GE uses Penske for their truck transport...Also, unless he's sold them, Penske used to have one of the larger new car dealer chains (I remember them in southern California).

OTR = Over The Road, as in long haul tractor trailers!
