Gene, probably means stability that some corps. simply don't want to "qualify" new CPUs and prefer to stick with what works.

Also, don't forget he stated that P3 is "on track to be its fastest ramping processor ever".

Gene, heck, we already know the outlook for pcs. Down revenues this quarter at Intel and down again next quarter says it loud and clear.
