Chuzz:
Afraid I just don't have the right attitude to become an analyst

Who in the world could expect Intel sales to increase in J,F,M,
when all the Christmas stocking and CPQ store stuffing was done last fall?
Regardless, it looks like Mr. Mot and Mr LU are fixing to spoil the bear's feast on the tech stocks.

Damit, Chuzz, you're a CAT, you are supposed to be nervous
and you don't need an excuse.

Sometimes I feel I need to "pinch myself" - these super-growth stocks are doing so well. It almost seems like "instant profits" are there, which is a strange experience - recently am into DISH, EGRP (+30% today), others. Holding lots of DELL - glad the CPQ problems did not knock it down too much - and hope/expect the next report to be good.

Just finished helping a friend get a 2 1/2 year old DELL P200 fixed. We talked to several people in Austin on the service line - they sent a new 6 GB HD (old HD only 2 GB) and new CPU chip. The chip was the problem. It is a bit strange getting a PC fixed by talking to someone on the phone but it went fairly well, and they put in over 2 hours on the 1-800 number and it cost us nothing for anything. They did not say what to do about the HD - guess we get a new one - MD can afford it!

Had my first chance to see inside a Dell - nicely built.

PS is CTC a siamese cross of some kind - I have a Russian Blue. She anticipates many lives worth of DELL profits to keep the gas fireplace going.
