All applications will be considered. Remember the Spideyliar going on about how various defendants hadn't filed the submissions requested of them at the emergency hearing on 26 February? One time it was the DTC, then JB Oxford, then First Concorde; he couldn't quite keep the story straight. Well according to Bonnie the court clerk, on 2/26 a motion to show cause was requested, on 3/8 the defendants filed, on 3/23 plaintiffs responded, and on 4/19 the defendants replied. That's where matters stand now.
