Iatv is an internet stock. Excite had news too and they were down.
The stock is on a major uptrend and now has the financing in place to make it all happen.
The financier also happens to be the world's most powerful programming company and has great plans for Iatv's convergence and streaming technologies.

Sort of like getting your cake and having them(Liberty) buy it from you too.
