Make sure that "strong buy" upgrade from CIBC OPPenheimer doesn't come from William G. Clark. He was recently alleged, along with CIBC Oppenheimer, to have falsely inflated the shares of DSP Group (DSPG)by 15% after anouncing a deal DSP had with AT&T. The deal rumor was false. They settled out of court apparently with DSP shareholders and the SEC. DSPG is a voice compression tech company - DSPG, by the way,was very flat today. I can't figure out why in the tech sector there is no activity on them. They are big and seemingly solid with 30.9% improved earings on slow sales (3.1%) and employment growth of 14.3%. Check it out and tell us what we think... hoovers.com Something is going good for them. They must use those CT-8000 series processors in all sorts of voice mail and stuff. I wonder what the use in the handheld stuff? Ran across that tidbit while researching the Log On America IPO(LOAX-proposed)This looks like a time bomb set to go off around the week of the 19th.
