Did you know ATU put IME into ReCeivership last friday, April 16, yet no news release, is this not a material change?

John,
Checked the ATU website and see that they have received a letter of intent from one group and two other groups have expressed an interest in IME. Hopefully a decision will be forthcoming within the next couple of weeks. Maybe with that out of the way, everyone in the company can get on with the real focus. Also saw that Thal has resigned his position on the board effective immediately.. Too bad, I was hoping he would make a real difference. Seems to me that the Board of Directors for any company should consist of more members who are not directly affiliated with the company. Helps keep the train on the track. Want a job, you'd enjoy all those flights?
