They'll just want to make sure it wasn't "wasted" in an attempt to ensure our justice system isn't comprimised by corrupt politicians. On the other hand if it is flushed by a corrupt politician in an attempt to distract the American people from his deviancies, well hey, that's what its there for isn't it. Got any more? Wasn't bill trying to figure out what to do with "excess" taxes a while back?

Congress will discuss how to roll back the tax decrease we were going to get and pass the nullification quick; they will approve clinton's actions their motto "support the troops" clinton's "for the children" - poll propaganda, of course the polls are lost on me. Our taxes will rise. It will cost 8 billion for the past activities - each missle is 1 million and we've spent 19 days blowing them off. More money will have to be appropriated - and since clinton already said he is not giving back any of the "excess" money in the coffers, because we the people wouldn't spend it correctly, now we have the definition of correctly spending budget surplus. WAR this will be more like 8 trillion (low ball estimate for the European front)- troops, fuel, munitions, food, housing, reconstitution of destroyed property, damaged infrastructures caused by NATO & US activities; the price US & NATO will have to keep paying to monitor partition in Kosovo and supply protection to resettled refugees. The "intelligence" operations will have to be bolstered to monitor the coming terrorist attacks and retributions. Add another 1-3 trillion for the coming Pacific rim build up that will be necessary to contain China and to keep Japan from getting nuclear armaments in their attempt to keep China at bay. Training for our new recruits will not be cheap either - have to train them to read and write AFTER we teach them to shoot to kill. If we can recruit from gangs, we will reduce some training costs as they are already experienced with many of the military armaments. Serious - I learned this in my training - gang members select several of their crew to join the military, they learn all the military skills particularly weaponry - get out, go back to the gangs and get the armament and train the others in the gang. DEA and officers at the local PD are all too keen on this. They have to face the weapons with their little 9 mms. But I digress. I wish clinton would have inhaled, perhaps he could have had the opportunity to reflect; or go the other way and get paranoid and crawl into a closet forever. If he did inhale, it was not good pot - look how he turned out. Good pot would have cured him. Well, my solution is to stop the bombing immediately and pull back. But we know that is not going to happen. This is our Waterloo. Jacalyn
