Those analysts just took advantage of LU quiet period and investors' fear of the short fall , and tried to push the stock down for their own benefit . I do not know if this is legal or not. The law should set a quiet period for those so called analysts before the earning release of any companies , so that we will have less manipulation of the stock market.
