Jay, it is my understanding that buy backs are bullish for eps as it reduces the number of shares thus increases the Per Share earnings. I do not know about the other 500k investment in the other company. Share buy back are the dividends of the 1990's perhaps over done but still viewed as bullish.

Jay, You are a class act. I am sure you will do fine with PAIR and it probably will not be long in the future. JMHO. On the other hand Mark makes me ashamed of my name. Best of luck to all, MarkC.

After Hour quotes posted before are wrong. I saw only a few maybe 10 or so trades after eps were posted at 406 or 407. There were only about 4 or 5 thousand shares total and most around 12 or so. Last print was 1000 at 12 at 4:23.
Based on this, today's strong (really strong) upmove, heavy heavy volume, and without listening to the CC I think tommorrow will be an ok day.
-Sector (DSL vs Cable) is strong (although didn't like AWRE action).
-Some $ is going to move out of computer box maker sector (INTC weak).
-Pair's future seems very bright if one looks at avidia potential.
-Balance sheet is strong as usual.
maybe there will be an upgrade or contract announcement soon.
But I think we are still ok, the $10 ah quote seems to be off to me.
good luck all.

FOR THE OLD-TIMERS: HOPE YOU BACKED UP THE TRUCK LAST WEEK !!!!

Not an accountant either Jay, but these transactions are ...

Balance sheet items-- cash moves -- off the income statement and do not affect eps. In fact very positive events for a company with slow business is too use the great balance sheet with acquisition or buyback or internal investment to boost future sales. another reason to like PAIR down here. I like BMCS the same way, for a big ROI on its current depressed stock price.
